I'm Michele Frangella

I am a forward-thinking political and intellectual profile operating at the intersection of liberalism, human enhancement, and future-oriented governance.
My work and vision are grounded in ethical transhumanism, promoting responsible technological advancement to enhance human capabilities, longevity, and overall well-being.
I advocate for a model of humanistic capitalism, where innovation, green technology, and economic growth are aligned with human flourishing and sustainability.
Politically, I align with the European liberal tradition represented by ALDE, Renew Europe, and Liberal International, combined with a strong commitment to European and global federalism.
My key areas of interest include:
1. Neuropolitics and behavioral governance
2. Futurology and long-term strategic thinking
3. Human enhancement and longevity studies
4. Ethical innovation and green technologies
My ultimate goal is to contribute to the development of a more advanced, free, and human-centered global society.

How do your liberal, humanistic-capitalist, nonviolent, and European-global federalist principles work together? They form a coherent civic framework centered on freedom, responsibility, and human dignity. Liberalism provides the foundation of individual rights and pluralism; humanistic capitalism ensures that markets serve human flourishing rather than mere accumulation; nonviolence grounds political action in ethical restraint, dialogue, and democratic legitimacy; and European and global federalism translate these principles into an institutional vision capable of addressing shared challenges beyond the nation-state. Together, they shape a model of governance that is open, cooperative, reformist, and oriented toward long-term civilizational progress.

How do transhumanism, green innovation, and noetic inquiry come together in your vision? In my view, they converge within a broader philosophy of responsible human advancement. Ethical transhumanism supports the use of technology to enhance human capabilities, health, and longevity, while green innovation ensures that progress remains sustainable and aligned with ecological balance. Noetic inquiry, though not yet a fully established exact science, contributes an essential spiritual and philosophical dimension by keeping questions of consciousness, meaning, and inner development within the horizon of progress. Together, they define a future-oriented vision in which technological evolution is not merely efficient, but also ethical, sustainable, and deeply human.
